Basically, this is probably the most real I'll get. I have issues talking to people and being trusting, but hopefully, this blog will make up for that.

My name is Gemma (as in gem), I'm a hippie child. I should have been alive during the 60s and 70s, everything about the time was amazing. I'm addicted to the night sky, music, anything psychedelic, and basically anything from the 60s. I'm a vegetarian and agnostic, but I love studying various religions in hopes of promoting understanding and peace. Ironically enough, A Clockwork Orange is my favourite book as well as movie and I will be posting a malenky bit of that; not as much as I'd like, but, you know. I have a ridiculous unrequited love for Malcolm McDowell. Monty Python is a huge part of my life and they are literally the funniest men to ever live and I simply adore each and every one of them (but especially Michael Palin). John Lennon is my hero, ultimate inspiration, and everything good I see in the world. The Beatles are my absolute favorite band of all time. But that doesn't stop me from loving other amazing artists, nor does it hinder my appreciation for the other artists. I very much love John Lennon (sayin' it again), Pink Floyd, Donovan, Bob Dylan, Simon & Garfunkel, Syd Barrett, Brian Jones, Great Big Sea, The GOASTT, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Jethro Tull, Grateful Dead, The Doors, Leonard Cohen, Janis Joplin, Frank Zappa, The Monkees, The Rolling Stones, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Cream, Elvis Costello, David Bowie, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Black Sabbath, CSN&Y, Neil Young, Lynyrd Skynyrd... I could go on and on, but I don't want to bore anyone. Music is the reason. It just is.

Let's all just come together and be friends and create a better world through our words and with our music.
